Prasetiya Mulya Chief Officer Network is an organization under the auspices of Yayasan Prasetiya Mulya. We serve as a bridge connecting the academic and professional worlds, fostering deep collaboration to drive advancement in the business world.

Enhance collaboration among Yayasan Prasetiya Mulya, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Prasetiya Mulya Executive Learning Institute (ELI), and the Board of Trustees through an exclusive communication and knowledge-exchange platform, aiming to reinvigorate relationships both between and within our institutions.

Meet the Visionaries Behind Prasetiya Mulya Chief Officer Network

Prof. Dr. Djisman S. Simandjuntak

Prof. Dr. Djisman S. Simandjuntak currently holds the esteemed position of Rector at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, where he graciously contributes his wealth of experience to enhance the academic landscape. As a distinguished senior economist, he concurrently serves with distinction as the Chair of the Board
of Directors at the CSIS Foundation. Prof. Simandjuntak’s expertise encompasses a diverse array of subjects, with a notable emphasis on international economics and macroeconomics.

Dr. Edwind A. Satyabrata

Dr. Edwind A. Satyabrata is a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, specializing in Asset Management, Corporate Finance, M&A, Capital Market and International Wealth Management across
16 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Dr. Satyabrata is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Executives at Yayasan Prasetiya Mulya, promoting education and entrepreneurship. As Managing Director of a leading Indonesian conglomerate, Dr. Satyabrata spearheads innovation and deal-making. Dr. Satyabrata was also a Distinguished Judge for the Indonesian EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024. He is a Columbia Business School alumnus and holds professional certifications as a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter. Dr. Satyabrata also serves as a Target Investment Advisory Committee Member for the Asia Impact Fund I managed by UOB Venture Capital and Credit Suisse and as an Advisory Board Member for the China ASEAN Funds.

Dr. rer. pol. Christiana Yosevina

Dr. rer. pol. Christiana Yosevina earned her Doctoral Degree in Marketing from Hamburg University, Germany, and currently serves as the Vice Rector for Business Development and Partnership at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. She is also a distinguished faculty member specializing in marketing, with expertise spanning Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Experiential Marketing, Marketing Management, Brand Management, and Brand Strategy. Dr. Yosevina’s academic achievements include receiving the prestigious Deutscher Akademischer
Austausch Dienst (DAAD) scholarship for her doctoral studies and being recognized as the Best Graduate in the Master’s Degree Program at Diponegoro University, Indonesia. Beyond her teaching roles, she has made significant contributions to marketing research, with her work published in Scopus-indexed journals such as the Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, Journal of Marketing Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, and Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality. Her dual role as a strategic leader and scholar reflects her dedication to advancing education, fostering impactful partnerships, and driving innovation in the field of marketing. Dr. Yosevina’s contributions exemplify a strong commitment to bridging academia and industry while shaping the future of marketing leadership.

Dr. rer. pol. Ida Juda Widjojo

Dr. rer. pol. Ida Juda Widjojo is the CEO of PT Prasetiya Mulya Executive Learning Institute (ELI) and a highly respected expert in Strategic Controlling, Enterprise Risk Management, International Business Finance, Strategic Finance, and Corporate Finance. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University
of Berne, Switzerland, specializing in Controlling, along with advanced degrees from Katholieke Universiteit
te Leuven, Belgium, and University of Saarlandes, Germany, focusing on Finance, Operations, and Business Informatics. With a career spanning both academia and industry, she has made significant contributions through her research, including the widely referenced publication “Assessment of Waste to Energy Technology in Indonesia: A Techno-economical Perspective on a 1000 ton/day Scenario.” At PT Prasetiya Mulya ELI, she leads efforts to deliver cutting-edge learning solutions, empowering professionals and organizations to excel in an ever-evolving business environment. Her ability to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications makes her a trusted authority in advancing business strategy and financial innovation.

Fathony Rahman, D.B.A.

Fathony Rahman, D.B.A. holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Wilmington University, USA, a Master of Management from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Trisakti University, Indonesia. He currently serves as the Dean of the School of Business and Economics at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, a member of the Board of Trustees at the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship and a member of the Board of Directors at PT. Tenggara Strategics. His teaching career includes tenured positions and roles as a Visiting Professor at Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule, Germany, and Adjunct Faculty at Wilmington University, USA. He teaches courses such as Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing Strategy, with research interests in private labels, relationship marketing, brand management, and corporate social responsibility. Published in journals like Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction, and Complaining Behavior and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, he is also a reviewer for leading journals and conferences, including the American Marketing Association.

Dr. Handyanto Widjojo

Dr. Handyanto Widjojo, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Yayasan Prasetiya Mulya, boasts an outstanding academic portfolio. He was a recipient of the prestigious DIKTI Doctoral Research Grant in 2017 and a number of international grants including from the British Council in 2014 and the École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC Business School) in 2013. His areas of expertise encompass marketing management and strategy, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, and value co-creation. Dr. Widjojo is committed to research, leadership, and international collaboration in the academic realm.
