1. Preparing For The Interview


1) Confirm schedule and find out the exact place and time of interview. Get the full name of the company and its address. Be certain of the interviewer’s name and find out how to pronounce it correctly.
2) Read up and be prepared. Know and learn about the company and the industry (website, company profile, friends, etc).
3) Read up on current trends and shifts in business. Be alert and aware of economic and business happening (Read the newspaper! Or Googled it), be able to connect your knowledge of business with what’s really happening. Use this for small talk or to enhance your answers. 
4) Enhance your English. Practice writing and talking in English.
5) Prepare questions that you will ask in the interview.
6) Practice greeting, body language and articulation of you repertoire: on everything about yourself (the story of yourself with all your strengths and weaknesses that sells), main thoughts, your interests, purpose for applying, etc.
7) Practice it over and over again not only in your head even out loud; hear yourself saying the words, look at yourself in the mirror while you practice so you can improve on your body language and expression. This way you will be so well rehearsed, you will not be stressed, nervous and will feel confident and be more relaxed during the interview.
8) Physical preparation: be rested, relaxed , physically fit and healthy, dressed in clean and neat clothing, well-groomed (professional or executive look – adapted to the work environment 0 shoes shines, hair in place, not sweaty in any part of your body, hands and nails are clean, show care has been taken on your appearances. 
9) Don’t come late. Make sure you are on time. Be at the designated venue at least 15-30 minutes before the appointed time so that you can groom up and settle your nerves (get rid of the cold fish hands). As you wait do familiarize yourself, observe and absorb the work situation to be basically more prepared to face the interview.
