Kepala Bagian Mekanikal, Elektrikal, Elektronik & Plumbing (MEEP)

Tanggung Jawab :

• Merencanakan dan mengawasi pelaksanaan pemeliharaan preventif, korektif dan proyek instalasi seluruh sistem MEP
• Memastikan penanganan gangguan/kerusakan teknis berjalan cepat dan efektif
• Mengkoordinasikan, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja teknisi
• Menyusun dan mengelola budget operasional MEEP serta pengendalian penggunaan suku cadang dan peralatan
• Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan memenuhi standar kualitas dan ketentuan keselamatan kerja
• Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan tim teknis di lapangan serta mengambil Keputusan teknis bila diperlukan

Kualifikasi

• S1 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro arus kuat
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun pada pengelolaan sistem MEP di gedung bertingkat tinggi (high rise building)
• Mengerti sistem HVAC, Elektrikal, Vertical Transportation, dan Electronic System
• Menguasai regulasi teknis bangunan dan instalasi MEP sesuai peraturan nasional
• Lokasi penempatan di Kampus BSD dan bersedia mobile ke kampus Cilandak

 Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute Business Development & Corporate Partnership strategies. 
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporations, institutions, associations, and stakeholders. 
• Identify and develop new strategic partnership opportunities. 
• Lead partnership negotiations and manage collaboration from onboarding to evaluation. 
• Develop corporate outreach programs, seminars, roadshows, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives. 
• Support the achievement of new student recruitment targets through corporate partnerships. 

 Requirements 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 
• Minimum a year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Relations, or Partnership. 
• Strong business analysis & strategic thinking. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners/stakeholders. 
• Understanding of business contracts and commercial partnerships. 
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally. 
• English proficiency is a plus.

• Membuat dan merevisi gambar kerja (arsitektur dan detail)
• Menyusun gambar sesuai standar teknis dan kebutuhan proyek
• Memastikan gambar sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan timeline
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian design dan tim proyek

Kualifikasi pekerjaan : 

• S1 jurusan Arsitektur, Design Interior, atau Teknik Sipil
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai drafter
• Menguasai salah satu software design seperti AutoCad, SketchUp, Enscape Lumion atau Revit
• Mampu membaca dan menerjemahkan gambar teknik dengan baik
