OVERVIEW

Founding & Milestones

Universitas Prasetiya Mulya (Prasmul) was established in 1982 on a strong foundation of visionary business leaders committed to advancing education in Indonesia. Since its inception, the institution has played a pioneering role in shaping business education, including launching the country’s first MBA program. Over the decades, it has evolved into a comprehensive university offering undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. With continuous milestones—such as AACSB accreditation and program expansion— Universitas Prasetiya Mulya remains dedicated to developing competent, ethical, and globally minded professionals.

Facilities & Campus Life

Our campus environment is designed to support experiential and collaborative learning. From technology-enabled classrooms and specialized laboratories to libraries and student lounges, every facility enhances the academic journey. Practical spaces such as moot courts and hospitality labs ensure hands-on learning, while sports and social spaces foster well-rounded student development. Continuous campus expansion reflects a commitment to providing a modern and engaging learning experience. 

Academic Programs

We offer a diverse portfolio of 22 academic programs across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, spanning business, law, and STEM disciplines. This includes 1 program in the School of Law & International Studies, 6 programs in School of STEM, and 15 programs within the School of Business & Economics—comprising 9 undergraduate, 5 master’s, and 1 doctoral program. Each program is designed to align closely with industry needs, integrating innovation, technology, and global perspectives into the curriculum. 

With AACSB accreditation placing it among the top business schools worldwide, the university ensures high academic standards and international recognition. At the national level, 5 programs within the School of Business & Economics and 1 program in School of STEM have achieved “Excellent” (“Unggul”) accreditation from BAN-PT, reflecting excellence in academic quality and institutional performance. 

Internationalization

We collaborate with leading universities and institutions across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania (Australia & New Zealand). These partnerships support student mobility, academic exchange, joint programs, and research collaboration. 

In addition, our students actively participate in government-funded global mobility initiatives such as the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), and the Global Affairs Canada SEED (Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development) program. These initiatives provide opportunities for international exposure and cross-cultural learning at leading institutions worldwide. 

Our internationalization efforts continue to expand, creating a globally connected academic ecosystem.
