Dr. Ihsan Iswaldi

Dr. Ihsan Iswaldi adalah Dosen di S1 Teknologi Bisnis Pangan, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Penelitian utamanya berfokus pada karakterisasi senyawa fenolik dan metabolitnya dengan aktivitas yang ditunjukkan dalam matriks tanaman serta sampel biologis menggunakan teknik analitik yang digabungkan dengan spektrometri massa. Hasilnya telah dipresentasikan pada konferensi internasional dan dipublikasikan di beberapa jurnal. Bidang pengajaran utamanya adalah kimia analitik dan kimia makanan. Beliau telah menyelesaikan gelar Doktor Kimia di Universitas Granada (UGR) melalui pendanaan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia untuk beasiswa Ditjen Dikti dan dana dari Research Group FQM-297 “Environmental, Biochemical and Foodstuff Analytical Control ” (Departemen Kimia Analitik, UGR) dan Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pangan Fungsional (CIDAF) dari berbagai proyek, kontrak, dan hibah dari administrasi pusat dan otonom serta rencana penelitian UGR.
