Caring means that every member should sincerely and attentively show kindness and concern for others. Humility signifies respecting ideas and diversity by being humble and free from arrogance or pride. Achievement means that every staff member and student is expected to strive for excellence in every task or project assigned. Integrity implies that each member adheres to professional standards, acts ethically, and maintains harmonious relationships within the organization.
