Registration Procedure

Start Online Registration

Prospective applicants can register for the master’s study program by filling in the Application Form online via MyPrasmul.

Registration Fee Payment

Test fee payment is to be made via a bank transfer to a Virtual Account (VA). Click for payment options.

Admissions Requirements

To be admitted into the Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM program, an applicant must meet these admission requirements:

  • Applicants must have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university.
  • Work experience: MMR, MMNVI, and MMABA do not require any work experience. MMBM requires a minimum of two years of working experience after graduating from a bachelor’s degree program. MM Strategic Management program requires a minimum of 5 years of working experience at the managerial level.
  • Applicants have to attend the first phase test (written test) according to the schedule.
  • Applicants who pass the written test will be invited to the interview session. Applicants have to upload the required documents to be able to join the interview.

Test Fee Payment

  1. Test fee for any MM program is IDR 500,000.
  2. Test fee payment is considered valid once all requirements are completed successfully within the specified deadline.

Payments can be made through the VA BCA, GoPay, or other Bank Transfer methods by following the tutorial provided below

  2. Choose e-Commerce
  3. Choose Midtrans
  4. Enter Payment Code without 70012 and press Correct
  5. Your payment details will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is right, press Yes

  2. Choose Payment
  3. Choose Other
  4. Choose BRIVA
  5. Enter your BRIVA Number (max. 18 code digits) and press Correct
  6. The amount to be paid, BRIVA number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is correct, press Yes
  7. Payment is finished. Save your payment receipt
  1. On the main menu, choose Other Transaction
  2. Choose Transfer
  3. Choose Savings Account
  4. Choose To BNI Account
  5. Enter the Payment Code number and then press Correct
  6. Enter the full amount to be paid, and press Correct. if the amount entered is not the same as the invoice amount, the transaction will be declined.
  7. The amount to be paid, account number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is correct, press Yes.
  1. On the main menu, choose Other Transaction
  2. Choose Payment
  3. Choose Other Payment
  4. Choose Virtual Account
  5. Enter 16 digits Account No. and press Correct
  6. The amount to be paid, account number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is right, press Correct
  7. Choose your payment account, and press Correct

Except for VA BCA, there will be an additional charge for other payment methods. The nominal additional charge depends on the chosen payment

ADMISSION TEST

After the registration and payment process is complete, applicants will get a test card, which can be downloaded on the MyPrasmul account. The test card must be shown at the time of the test.

Reduced Fee Program

The Reduced-Fee Program applies to new students of all Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM programs, starting from October 2019 academic year. This program is eligible for new students who meet at least one of the criteria below:
  1. This program is eligible for individuals that fulfill at least one of the criteria below:

    a. A new student who has just joined Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

    b. A new student who is sponsored by a company.

    c. A new student who is the second or third child in his family who studies at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM programs.

    d. A new student whose parent is an employee at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

    e. A new student who is a family member of and recorded in the same Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) as Universitas Prasetiya Mulya alumni.

    The benefit of reduced-fee programs:

    a. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to students that have fully paid their tuition fee before the start of Trimester 1. The amount given for this program is 5% of the total fixed fee and semester fee until the end of the trimester.

    b. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to companies that have sponsored 10 of their employees for 1 academic year. For the 11th employee and more, the amount given for this program is 10% of the total fixed fee and semester fee until the end of the trimester in 1 academic year.

    c. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to companies in the form of exemption from registration fees if the company sends at least 25 employees as participants of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM program exam. However, the registration fee is only waived for the first registration test. Repeated tests are considered invalid for this program.

    d. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to parents who send at least 2 children to study at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. For the 2nd and 3rd children, the amount given for this program is 10% of the total fixed fee and semester fee until the end of the trimester.

    e. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to employees who have children or spouses that have become students of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM Program.

    f. The Reduced-Fee Program applies to MM program alumni whose children or spouses study at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya MM Program, and are recorded in one Family Card (Kartu Keluarga). The amount given for this program is 10% of the total fixed fee and semester fee until the end of the trimester.

    Any eligible person will be given one type of The Reduced-Fee Program that benefits them the most.
