Test Selection Process

1. Document Requirements:
- Students who can apply must have a graduation year of SMAK / SMK / equivalent a maximum of 2 years before the academic year starts.
- Students who can apply are those in grade 12 (high school degree) or A-Level Education or IB Diploma.
- Have diplomas and academic transcripts that have been equalized by the Ministry of - Education and Culture (for those who already have a National Diploma, there is no need for equalization again)
- Have a valid Passport
- Have a valid Student Visa & Stay Permit (KITAS/KITAP)
- Must have a TOEFL 525 (PBT) / 195 (CBT) / 71 (IBT) atau IELTS overall band 6.0.
- Certificate of awards (if any)

1. Document Requirements:
- High school graduation certificate SAT / A-level / International Baccalaureate (IB)
- High school report/transcript (grade 10-12)
- TOEFL: 525 (PBT) / 195 (CBT) / 71 (IBT), or IELTS overall band 6.0

TEST REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Register for the S1 test online through http://go.prasetiyamulya.ac.id/s1internationalstudents. There are two cycle, the student can choose between test cycle and non-test cycle.
  • Student register by entering their personal biodata in the form of name, email, password, educational information, document requirements, and choice of study program, and check before completing online registration.
  • Applicants must choose 2 (two) programs i.e. S1 Business Economics and S1 Finance Technology.
  • For International student, if the documents doesn’t completed, admission will move the registration automatically to the test cycle. But if the documents are completed, the student will applied to non-test cycle.
  • After registering, student will receive a confirmation email to pay the registration fee.
  • Registrants pay the registration fee through the payment method that has been selected. Fee paid is only valid for the test date that has been selected and cannot be transferred or refunded for any reason.
  • After paid registration fee, student will receive email payment confirmation with email login for SAP https://sap.prasetiyamulya.ac.id/fiori and gform link to complete the registration data.
  • After making the payment and completing the registration data, the registrant will receive a confirmation email that the registration is complete.
    Selection participants will receive an announcement of the selection results via email.

Having passed the test, to apply for a Study Permit (including Visa & Stay Permit if the applicant does not have one), international applicants need to prepare the following documents:

  • Passport (minimum 24 months for a 1-year KITAS, or minimum 36 months for a 2-year KITAS)
  • Telex Visa
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Recent 4×6 size photo with red background
  • Diplomas and Academic Transcripts
  • Statement letter stating that they will not work while studying in Indonesia.
  • Statement letter stating that they will not participate in any political activities in Indonesia.
  • Statement letter stating that they will comply with the existing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Statement letter from guarantor or person in charge during the study.
  • Parental support financial guarantee letter.
  • Health certificate.
  • Complete dose Covid-19 vaccine certificate.
  • Health insurance.
