Facilities

In commitment to provide the finest and highest quality of education programs, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya is equiped with various buildings, facilities, and service centers that are located within its premises.

Facilities Cilandak Campus

Class Rooms

Two main buildings are available for teaching-learning activities. The campus is also equiped with a library and a computer lab. There are amphitheatre classrooms equipped with LCD projectors, desktop computers, and other multimedia.

The Computer Laboratory

The computer laboratory is completed with both fixed line and wire internet connections that are useful to conduct business simulations. Wi-Fi facilities are available in all campus areas.

Tanoto Library

Tanoto Library, one of the best libraries in the country, has a collection of more than 30,000 books, local and international journals, the ABI CD ROM, and a big collection of magazines. Our library also provides internet access for literature research.

Auditorium

An amphitheatre auditorium is available to facilitate some events, such as seminars, workshops, CEO lecture or guest lecture appearances, conferences, and gatherings. The auditorium is located at the 2nd building, on the 4th floor. 

City Life in South of Jakarta

South Jakarta is known for its various subcultures. Our Cilandak campus is close to Kemang area that is famous for its entertainment, cultural spots, abundant restaurants, cafes, and galleries.

Kemang is also home to 80 percent of Jakarta’s expatriate community. This area is located less than 20 minutes from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Another prominent area near the campus is Jakarta’s upscale residential area. The area surrounding Prasetiya Mulya Cilandak campus offers everything students require, including accommodation of a varied budget range, serviced apartments, guesthouses, and hotels.

Boarding rooms

Many choices of accomodations are available for long-staying students. These choices are conveniently located near our Cilandak campus. Other alternate areas, such as Fatmawati, Lebak Bulus, Pondok Indah, Cipete, and Pondok Labu, are also nearby.

Shops and Commercial Areas

There are many shops and commercial areas located near the campus, including traditional markets, convenience stores, supermarkets (Hero, 7-Elevent, Food Mart, All Fresh, Matahari, and Ranch Market) and hypermarkets (Carrefour and Lotte Mart). Pondok Indah Mall, one of the first modern malls in Indonesia, is just 10 minutes away from the campus.

Transportations

  • 700 m from Fatmawati MRT station.
  • Located in the JORR Toll area (Jakarta Outer Ring Road – T.B. Simatupang / R.A. Kartini).
  • A bus stop is located right outside of the campus.
  • 4.9 km from the Lebak Bulus out-of-town terminal.

Parking Lot

  • More than 100 parking lots are available in the west side of the compus. Parking is available 24 hours with 24-hour security.

Accomodations

Residences for students in BSD are quite diverse. Many available options consist of rented rooms, houses, and apartments. Accomodations location on a typical map is usually represented by a ‘house’ symbol. BSD Campus is surrounded by plenty boarding houses, such as Zoe Residence, Maxley, Kubika Homy, Bellevue, D’Laurel, Merryland, Casaduta, and many others. Their locations are strategically close to campus where students only need about 5 minutes to get to the campus on foot.

Shops and Commercial Areas

There are a variety of shops and commercial areas located near the campus, including traditional markets (Pasmod BSD, Pasmod BSD Intermoda, Convenience stores, supermarkets Indomart, Familymart, Lulu, and Ranch Market) and hypermarkets (Qbig and Aeon supermarket), AEON Mall, Sumarecon Mall Serpong, Indonesia Convention Exhibition ICE BSD, the Breeze BSD, and Gramedia World BSD.

  • 3.7 km from Cisauk KRL Station. 
  • Located near exit area Toll Jakarta – Serpong Toll Road.

The Astra International Library

Astra International library is furnished with facilities that support students learning process, such as comfortable discussion rooms. This library also has many resources that are complete and easily accessed, such as textbooks, scientific papers, and journals (available online CD-ROM). There is also a huge collection of journal articles and scientific papers from ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Passport, DoaJ, Garuda, ISJD, and data from Bloomberg, Euromonitor, and Capital IQ. All these resources can be accessed from any computer in the library area. The Bloomberg terminal facilities, which are especially useful for the Economics Study Program, are also available. These facilities are extremely beneficial to assist students in their research and learning process.

Information Support Systems

Universitas Prasetiya Mulya provides some information systems to support students in their learning process. These support systems are as follows: 

  • A strong Wi-Fi network.
  • A learning management system by which students can access learning materials and view class schedules online.
  • A mailing list to continuously update students on their schedules and on other events or opportunities, such as apprenticeships, competitions, committees, etc.

Comfortable Classrooms

BSD Campus provides air-conditioned classrooms that are designed to bring comfort for all students and facilitate smooth learning process. In addition, the classrooms are typically equipped with a computer set, projectors, and a loudspeaker. Each classroom can accommodate up to 50 students.

Supporting Infrastructure

Universitas Prasetiya Mulya is equipped with qualified supporting facilities, such as a first-aid room, various choices of study halls, activity halls, parking lots, a musholla, a food court, an ambulance, and sports field. All supporing facilites are well maintained to ensure students and lecturers’ convenience.

An auditorium, located in William Soeryadjaya building, 3rd floor, is available to facilitate some events, such as seminar, workshop, guest lecture, CEO lecture, conference, gathering, etc.
