Test Registration Procedure

Step 2

Fill in the online admission form with your personal information: name, email, cellphone number, password, education information, program choice, test location, and payment method. Check again before completing the registration.

Step 3

Check your email to get your new virtual account (VA) number and settle any required payment to that VA account.

Step 4

Check your email that verifies your payment and get your username, password, and registration voucher code (within 1 × 24 hours). Verify the account via the emailed link.

Step 5

Log in to complete your data and upload the required documents (including a 3×4 color photo and copies of ID card and Family Card (KK) or passport.

Step 6

Check your email to get your test card (within 1 × 24 hours).

Step 7

Print the test card and bring it to the test venue.

Test Fee Payment

  1. SMA/SMK/equivalent students who can register are the equivalent of 3 years of high school (6 semesters) and the graduation year of SMAK/SMK/equivalent maximum 2 years before the start of the academic year.
    Example: For students from international schools, the O-level program is not equivalent to high school, so they cannot register.
  2. Test fee for any SBE or Applied STEM program is IDR 500,000. The fee allows a candidate to choose 2 majors from within 1 school (SBE or Applied STEM) or 2 majors across 2 schools (e.g. 1 major at SBE and 1 other major at Applied STEM).
  3. Test fee payment is to be made via a bank transfer to a Virtual Account (VA).
  4. Test fee payment is considered valid once all requirements are completed successfully within the specified deadline.

Test Payment Options

Payments can be made through the VA BCA, GoPay, or other Bank Transfer methods by following the tutorial provided below

  2. Choose e-Commerce
  3. Choose Midtrans
  4. Enter Payment Code without 70012 and press Correct
  5. Your payment details will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is right, press Yes
  1. On the main menu, choose Other Transaction
  2. Choose Payment
  3. Choose Other
  4. Choose BRIVA
  5. Enter your BRIVA Number (max. 18 code digits) and press Correct
  6. The amount to be paid, BRIVA number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is correct, press Yes
  7. Payment is finished. Save your payment receipt
  1. On the main menu, choose Other Transaction
  2. Choose Transfer
  3. Choose Savings Account
  4. Choose To BNI Account
  5. Enter the Payment Code number and then press Correct
  6. Enter the full amount to be paid, and press Correct. if the amount entered is not the same as the invoice amount, the transaction will be declined.
  7. The amount to be paid, account number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is correct, press Yes.

  3. Choose Other Payment
  4. Choose Virtual Account
  5. Enter 16 digits Account No. and press Correct
  6. The amount to be paid, account number, and merchant name will appear on the payment confirmation page. If the information is right, press Correct
  7. Choose your payment account, and press Correct

* Other payment methods except for VA BCA, will incur an additional transaction fee, depending on the chosen payment.

The Entry Test

After the registration and payment process is complete, applicants will receive an email containing the Entrance Test ID Number which must be shown during the test. Information regarding the date and location of the Entry Test can be found at Prasetiya Mulya Admission.

Program fees do not include graduation fee and textbook cost. Scholarships are available for test takers who meet the selection requirements.

Methods of payment

Option 1

Payments of Development Fee and Semester 1 Tuition are made via bank transfers to the candidate’s Virtual Account (VA), according to the confirmation email sent to him/her as a prospective student.

Payment slip must include its purpose/designation and be sent as proof of payment to Prasetiya Mulya Finance office at BSD Campus (attn. Ms. Herlin/Mr. Recky) via email to: finance.s1@prasetiyamulya.ac.id.

Payment development fees with 0% installment program BCA Bank or Permata Bank, can only be made through direct transactions at the Cashier Counter of William Soeryadjaja Building 1st floor, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus every working day Monday – Friday at 10.00 am – 16.00 pm.

Academic Registration

After graduating from high school, prospective students must re-register and complete Universitas Prasetiya Mulya’s academic requirements. Detailed information on this is included in the letter of announcement of acceptance.

Resignation

  1. Prospective students who fail to register by the registration deadline are considered and declared to resign and thereby lose their right to become students at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
  2. Prospective students who have confirmed registration as S1 students of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya by paying Development Fees and semester fee, but wish to withdraw, can resign by submitting the following documents:
  • A letter of resignation signed on paper by the student and his/her parent on an IDR 10,000 stamp, no later than the deadline date.
  • If available, a copy of the official statement of being accepted at other universities (PTN/PTS/Higher Education abroad) and a copy of the slip of payment made to the aforementioned institution.
  • An original slip of payment was made to Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
