Position : HRBP Manager

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications :
- A master degree’ from Human Resources, Law or any related fields.
- Minimum 7 years experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or HRBP role.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience partnering with leadership teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skill.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
