Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Secretary, Administration, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional, discreet, and able to work under pressure.
- Placement : BSD-Campus, Tangerang.
