About the role

As a member of our academic team, you will be report to Head of Study Program. And you have specific responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate (S2) students, delivering high impact education and personalized support to a diverse student cohort.
  • Make independent contributions to research that have a significant impact in their field of expertise and create a nationally recognised research track record
  • Undertake independent research in the discipline or related area (as per the norms of the discipline), making an independent contribution through professional practice and expertise.
  • Positive engagement with research, community, industry and government to enhance the national standing of the discipline

Selection criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ph.D. from a reputable university, with a related discipline :
  1. Accounting
  2. Economics
  3. Management Operation
  4. Business
  5. Entrepreneurship
  6. Computer Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
  • Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching, including innovative curriculum design and research supervision.
  • Nationally and internationally recognized research reputation underpinned by publications in high quality journals such as SINTA and Scopus.
  • Have a national lecturer registration number (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional/NIDN)
  • Undertake Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi
  • Actively stays up to date with discipline knowledge and professional development.
  • An understanding of and commitment to Prasetiya Mulya’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
