Dr.Eng. Niken P. Martono adalah staf pengajar dan peneliti di Departemen Matematika Bisnis, STEM, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Dalam pengalaman sebelumnya, ia mengajar beberapa mata kuliah bisnis dan manajemen seperti: Metodologi Riset Bisnis, Pengambilan Keputusan, Komunikasi dan Negosiasi Bisnis, Statistik Bisnis, Statistik Lanjutan dan Multivariat. Selama program master, doktoral, dan pasca-doktoralnya di Tokyo University of Science, Jepang, ia berfokus pada ilmu data dan analitik data prediktif, mulai dari bidang Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, bidang biomedis dan neuropsikologi, hingga bidang ilmu pertanian dan susu. Dengan gabungan pengetahuan manajemen, ilmu data, dan teknik, pengalamannya memberinya pandangan yang lebih luas yang berguna dalam mengajar mata kuliah dan melakukan penelitian terkait dengan mata kuliah manajemen dan bisnis yang berlaku.
