Appreciating the Performance of Faculty Members and Professional Staff Through the SBE Excellence Award

In your opinion, how important is appreciation for your team or colleagues? According to a study by Globoforce, simple appreciation can increase employee engagement by eight times. With this improved variable, productivity and team performance will automatically increase by 31%, as reported by Deloitte. Thus, indirectly, expressions of simple appreciation can have a tremendous impact on a company.

Reflecting on the previously discussed studies, the Dean of the School of Business and Economics at Prasetiya Mulya University strives to continuously evaluate and appreciate the performance of Faculty Members and Professional Staff through various opportunities. One such initiative is the SBE Excellence Award (SBA). It aims to ignite the spirit of Faculty Members and Professional Staff, encouraging them to work and contribute to education in Indonesia. The event occurred on October 31, 2023, at the Harry-Jusuf Auditorium, Prasetiya Mulya University, BSD Campus.

This significant occasion was attended by the Rector of Prasetiya Mulya University (Prof. Dr. Djisman S. Simandjuntak), as well as Faculty Members and Professional Staff from the School of Business and Economics at Prasetiya Mulya University.
