Strategic Plan & Achievement

Strategic Plan

The SBE Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Operational Plan (Renop) serve as the foundation for the institution’s development direction over the next five years. Both plans were developed through a participatory and reflective process that considered internal and external environmental dynamics while reinforcing SBE’s commitment to quality enhancement, relevance, and institutional competitiveness.

The Strategic Plan and Operational Plan were developed based on the revision of the SBE mission as stipulated in SBE Senate Decree No. 0/5/18.05/0028/12/2024 concerning the Revision of the SBE Mission. The revised SBE mission is: “Educating business learners to have entrepreneurial competencies by providing innovative solutions for the advancement of business and society.”

The development process involved various stakeholders through a series of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) conducted in mid-2024. Through this process, three strategic objectives and eight key strategies were formulated to strengthen SBE’s role as a pioneer in adaptive and innovative business education that generates meaningful impact for society and industry at both national and international levels.

The three strategic objectives and eight strategies are as follows:

  1. Enhancing International Reputation and Recognition. This objective consists of four strategies:
  • Strategy 1: Acceleration of Internationalization
  • Strategy 2: Strengthening Teaching Quality and Impact
  • Strategy 3: Strengthening Research Quality and Impact
  • Strategy 4: Achieving International Accreditation in Business Education
  1. Strengthening Social Impact. This objective consists of three strategies:
