Fransisca Wijaya, MP. adalah Dosen di Prodi S1 Teknologi Bisnis Pangan, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Dia memiliki pengalaman 5 tahun di Industri Makanan dalam Pengembangan Produk dan Regulasi, terutama untuk bumbu, saus pasta, saus sambal, kecap, dan sirup. Dia tertarik dengan Pengembangan Produk Makanan Baru terutama dari bahan-bahan lokal. Dia akrab dengan Tes Sensori, HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000: 2005, Regulasi Pangan, Audit Pemasok, Registrasi Produk dan Formulasi Pangan.
